With the holidays creeping up, it is now crunch time when it comes to figuring out everyone on your gift list. And there is always someone you forget. Or maybe that’s just me… But if you are looking for some gift ideas for book bloggers and bookstagrammers, you have come to the right place.
With my almost 6 years in the online book community, I have spent a lot of time with other book nerds. But I have noticed that people in the online book community are a different breed compared to your run-of-the-mill book worms. The dedication to authors, the love for characters, and the aftermath of a really good book are so apparent in book bloggers, bookstagrammers, and book tubers.
But it isn’t only the dedication to books that is different. Boookish content creators also have different needs when it comes to how they enjoy books. With the large amount of work put into every photo, blog post, video, etc. bookish content creators have specific needs and wants.
You can play into that when thinking of gift ideas. The best gifts are something that the other person didn’t know they needed or wanted. Once they get it, however, they don’t know how they lived life without it.
This list is full of gift ideas for book bloggers, book video creators, and more. If you are looking to treat someone, hopefully you find some inspiration here.

Gift Guide for Bookish Content Creators
1. Audible Membership
Audiobooks are one of my favorite ways to read books. I love popping in my earbuds, turning on an audiobook, and settling in my blankets with my current crochet pattern or a fun coloring book. It is the best way to unwind after a long day.
Audiobooks are such a popular way to read, which makes an audible membership a fantastic gift idea for book bloggers and content creators. You can gift a subscription to the audible program for 1 month to 12 month.
With audible, you get one audiobook a month along with access to podcasts and other member perks. Book bloggers wouldn’t have much to say if they didn’t have books to read!

Click here to try audible plus premium for yourself and get a free 30-day trial and up to 2 free audiobooks!
2. Books!
I feel like this one is pretty obvious, but if you know what books they want, grab a couple off their TBR. A great place to look to see what books they want is Goodreads! Many people will have selves full of the novels they want to read.
Again, it would be pretty hard to blog or make tik toks about books without having books to read!
3. Kindle Unlimited Membership Plans
Another way to get books in the hands of your book blogger friend or bookstagrammer family member is with a Kindle Unlimited membership. If you know that they don’t like listening to audiobooks, Kindle Unlimited is another book subscription service that Amazon offers, but focusing on ebooks.
With Kindle Unliminted, members get access to thousands of ebooks, magazines, and even audiobooks. There is no limit to how many books they can access during the month, and it is fantastic way to read from independently published authors.
4. Bookstagram Photo Background
Know a bookstagrammer who wants to switch up the style of their photos? Get them a new background for their book photography!
This one from Amazon is similar to the one I use myself. It comes in many different sizes and creates a clean background for photos.
5. Photoshop Elements
Whether they are creating graphics for their blog, or editing photos for bookstagram, having photoshop elements in their back pocket can be super helpful. I know I have struggles to find the perfect editing software for my photos.
You can gift them a subscription to the full service of PhotoShop but in my experience, the elements package has everything you need and it is cheaper.
6. Bookshelves
Got a book blogger with books stacking up everywhere? Do they need a place to put them? Grab them some book cases.
It is common to scroll through Instagram or Tik Tok and see book influencers sitting in front of those classic, white bookshelves. So these bookcases from Amazon would be a safe bet!
Or, go a little different with the many unique book shelves that Amazon has to offer like this tree bookcase.
There are so many different options, just match it to the furniture of their room/home. Or ask! No harm in making sure you are getting something they will love and use.
7. Bookish Merchandise
Do you know their favorite book or bookish fandom? Grab them some merch of their favorite book series like a t-shirt or bookish candle. It is so easy to find small businesses that create art and bookish item that would make fantastic gifts for this time of year.
I am going to create an entire list of my favorite bookish small businesses later this week, so I will link it here once I have.
8. Gift Card to Local Thrift Store
Surpisingly, you can find a lot of useful things at thrift stores as book bloggers and bookstagrammers.
First, a lot of thrift stores have an amazing book section that continues to be refreshed every couple of days. I personally go to the Savers stores in my area and have found almost half of my books there for fantastic prices.
Second, you can find a lot of props for Instagram photos at thrift stores for cheap prices. From beautiful pottery to charming mugs, there are so many props you can buy from thrift stores.
Make the gift an experience by taking the book lover on a thrift store tour one day, visiting all the local shops in your area.
9. Tea or Coffee
This is a great last minute gift because you can pick this up from local retailers without worrying about if it will get shipped to your home in time. But book lovers love to cuddle in with a warm cup of tea or coffee and a god book, especially during the winter season.
Amazon sells tea sets like this one that would make a beautiful gift for a book lover.
Pair this tea set with a beautiful, instagrammable mug and you have yourself a gift they are sure to love.
If they are more of a coffee lover, they also have gift sets for that, like this one, which comes with four different varieties of roasted coffee.
Finding just the right gift for someone can be so hard. Trust me, I understand. Gift shopping is one of my least favorite activities. I often find giving obligatory gifts so stressful because my brain assume I am bring judged on the gifts I gife… I know, weird right? My love language is RECIEVING gifts, not GIVING gifts! But also, receiving gifts at random not for obligatory circumstances
But despite that, it does feel really good when you have finally found the gift you know they will love. You see it in store and immediately buy it because it is that perfect. It’s a really good feeling.
So, if you are still looking for for gift ideas for book bloggers or other bookish content creators, I hope you found some inspiration from this post. Maybe this gift guide will give you ideas that will evoke that good feeling in you!
