As the weather drops, my love for dark academia ri As the weather drops, my love for dark academia rises. There is something about the fall and winter weather that makes me want to read about windy college campuses and dramatic characters.
📚
Two of my favorite books are Ninth House and The Starless Sea. The writing and characters in these two series are amazing and enchanting. Definitely recommend!
📚
My family decorated the Christmas tree today! I love how warm and inviting my home looks during the holiday months. Nothing compares!

💫
Literati sent me over their book club subscription box for free for review, and you can read all about it on my blog (link in my bio). I definitely miss the feeling of a real book club and Literati put that back in my hands.
💫
Looking forward to creating my October TBR soon. I have a lot of spooky books I plan to read, I hope it puts me in a cozy mood!

But as I am finishing up these summer months, I am also trying to finish all my summer reads. I started Beach Read a month ago, and I am really enjoying it. So I am hoping to finish it off before September hits so I can focus on spooky books!

Hey! Long time no see! As I have mentioned in prev Hey! Long time no see! As I have mentioned in previous posts, I have been in a very long reading and life slump. Which is why you haven’t been seeing a lot of me. But I recently started working on my blog again, which has been super fulfilling, and I think it will help me with motivation to read and post. Finger crossed 🤞
♥️
But now that I have that out of the way, what has everyone been reading? Any new favorites! Talk to me about them! I need all the book recommendations!

Hello! Want to hear something really exciting? Tod Hello! Want to hear something really exciting? Today is the first day of the #owlcrateathon2021 held by @owlcrate and I will be participating in it! I have been low on motivation to read and post, so I am hoping using a readathon will help!
📖
Anyway, here is my TBR for the readathon. It is not too long, because I don’t want to pressure myself, but I’m super excited about both of these reads. They complete each challenge of the readathon, read a book that has been on your TBR the longest (From Twinkle was the first OwlCrate book I received), read 2 books, and complete a bingo. I will be completing the middle row down!
📖
Are you participating in the readathon this year? Let me know!

Of course I do. This is honestly one of the most beautiful books I own, I was already planning to buy it before I even read the plot. Of course, characteristically to me, I have yet to actually read the book. But I will get to it eventually. Some day 😂
