There is something about the fall and winter weather that makes me want to read about windy college campuses and dramatic characters. 📚 Two of my favorite books are Ninth House and The Starless Sea. I used to hate gourmand scents, but my palette has changed. I will burn my pumpkin pecan waffle candles any day! 📚 I read The Poppy War a couple of months ago and I get it. I understand why this book was so hyped up. I was completely drawn in by the characters and story, Kuang did an incredible job with this debut. This is honestly one of the most beautiful books I own, I was already planning to buy it before I even read the plot. Then I learned it was about a dancer who started late in life and I died.
